Refund policy

All sales at Bronte are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing — please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at zaktrades11@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

UK: 1–2 business days — free on orders over £100.
Worldwide: 5–10 business days — free on orders over £200 ($250 USD / €200 EUR).
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
